Mario Laul

Mario Laul was part of the research team in 2017-2018, looking at financial innovation. He received his MA in Technology Governance from Tallinn University of Technology with a thesis on financing firm-level R&D in the solar photovoltaic industry. Between 2011-2021, Mario taught an introductory course on the sociology of culture at the Estonian Academy of Arts. He is currently working as a researcher and consultant for Placeholder, a venture capital firm that invests in decentralized networks and web3 services.
